Oppo has reportedly sold more than 20 million units of the Oppo R9 and R9s

The word ‘selfie’ might have first started to gain international recognition in the timeframe of 2014 and 2015 but even from then till now, the fad has not died down among people and that is the only explanation that we have for the massive sales that are still being experienced by both of the Oppo R9 and Oppo R9s units on the market.

Launched specifically to boost the selfie experience among the fans of personal picture taking, it has fast gained a followership and movement and people just can’t seem to get enough of this smartphone.

Both of these devices have a massive 16MP unit on their front alone and with this, Oppo has recorded a sale of over 20 million units across both smartphones.

Both models – the R9 which carries a 5.5 inch of screen and R9s which has a bigger 6-inch screen to its own name – were unveiled less than five months ago and this massive success that they have already recorded does not look like it’s going to be dying down soon.
