Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime gets certified by the FCC

A certain upcoming device from Samsung showed up on benchmark tests some weeks ago and already known to be the 2016 version of the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, it has now received an official certification from the FCC and this has revealed even additional and more interesting information such that the handset would be making use of dual SIM, but just across one of the variants that would be available.

In the meantime, there has been sightings of the smartphone on GeekBench where it was confirmed that it would be making use of a MediaTek MT6737T chipset which would be running on a frequency of 1.4GHz, use 2GB of RAM and overall, be based on the Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 platform.

The other key specifications on this one are just the presence of 5 inches screen and the camera combo which is set at 8MP on the rear an a front shooter of 5MP.
