Samsung Galaxy Note Edge gets FCC approval, will land in the US soon

When the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge was announced, it had a curved display that held notification lights and info at the left, leaving you the rest of the 5.6″ touchscreen to play with.

Now, it’s not everyday you get to see a technology product like this, but thankfully, the Federal Communications Commission has given the smartphone a green light, meaning Samsung could launch and start sell it in the United States of America anytime soon.

The SM-N915T and SM-N915A models of the Note Edge received certification of approval earlier this week and these models are suspected to be for T-Mobile and AT&T respectively. However, more versions for other US are not yet ruled out.

For the records, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is made of a 5.6-inch Super AMOLED screen, 3GB of RAM, 16MP shooter, Stylus pen, Snapdragon 805 processor and a 3000mAh battery.
