Samsung’s 2012 phablet flagship, the Galaxy Note II will get an upgrade to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean very soon.
According to SamMobile who managed to lay their hands on a ROM alleged to be close to the final build of the update, the Jelly Bean 4.3 build for the Note II is named as N7100XXUEMK4 and is made for Note II GT-N7100 in particular.
The official changelog says the update will bring:

Samsung KNOX Implementation (KNOX bootloader and dedicated application)
Samsung Wallet comes pre-loaded
Improved RAM management
Improved Display colour reproduction (Display looks much sharper than before)
Improved TouchWiz Launcher (Much less launcher redraws and less lag)

New Samsung Browser (Full screen by default, new tab interface and more)
New Reading Mode (Optimises display for reading, used by only a few specific applications)
New Camera firmware
