Sony just did us all a great good by taking the wraps off of the Xperia XZ and Xperia X Compact and we can say that none of these devices are in any way disappointing. For the X Compact, it really lives up to its name by sporting just 4.6 inches of screen and under the hood, employs the services of a QUALCOMM snapdragon 625 chipset, coupled to 3GB of RAM and all being kept alive by a 2700mAh battery.
On the other end of the release news is the 5.5 inch Xperia XZ which goes on to use a bigger snapdragon 820 instead, packs the same 3GB of RM but has a slightly bigger battery at 2900mAh.
These are not even the big news for today, but we are happy to inform you that these smartphones have been placed for sale by Clove in the United Kingdom and through them, we now know what they would cost.
The Sony Xperia X Compact which would be available in three colour variants of Universe Black, Mist Blue and White would retail for £379 plus VAT for the 32GB model while the bigger Xperia XZ would cost £549 + VAT, given the same 32GB model. The latter would be available in colour variants of Forest Blue, Mineral Black and Platinum.
