Ahead of the expected release of the Xperia XZ1 and the Xperia XZ1 Compact device, Sony has stunned its fans by taking the wraps off the mid-range Xperia XA1 Plus device.
The Xperia XA1 and XA1 Plus originally came covering the 5 and 6-inch mid-range device line and to add to the line, the tech company has released that XA1 Plus which comes packing a 5.5-inch screen and a dimension measured at 155 x 75 x 8.7 mm.
The device which weighs in at 198 grams sports the familiar plastic back with metal sides and comes running on the Mediatek MT6757 Helio P20 chipset.
The Xperia XA1 comes packing a 23MP camera on the back panel and an 8MP selfie snapper with connectivity supports to include: NFC, Bluetooth 4.2 packed with support for aptX, USB Type-C port, and VoLTE.
Under the hood is 4GB of RAM although a 3GB RAM variant will be available.
The pricing of the smartphone is yet to be unveiled and availability information will be made available soon.
