Sony seems to be doing a sloppy jib keeping its information to itself as the specs and pricing information of the expected Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact have leaked.
The common specs which were already known to be coming on the device included the feature of the Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 845 chipset under the hood paired with memory configuration variants of 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage space.
The device is expected to come with an 18:9 aspect ratio screen protected by a layer of the Gorilla Glass 5 and come devoid of the 3.5mm headphone jack.
For security, it will feature a rear mounted fingerprint sensor.
However, the basic distinguishing features of both phones will come in the aspect of screen size as the XZ2 will come into the market packing a 5.7-inch display while the XZ2 Compact variant will be loaded with a 5.0-inch display screen.
The smartphones have also been revealed to be coming into the market with a special music feature with scarce details available.
For pricing information, sources revealed that the Xperia XZ2 may come into the market priced at about SEK 7,990 / £706 / €799 / 987, while the Compact variant may sell for about SEK 5,990 / £529 / €599 / $740.
