Videocon an Indian electronics giant recently launched its new budget phone called the Challenger V40UE. The Challenger V40UE has a market price in India of Rs 3,799 and being sold at Shopclues website.
The Challenger V40UE features 4 inches 800×480 FWVGA display with 233ppi pixel density and powered by 1.3 GHz quad core mobile chipset processor coupled with a 512 MB RAM. The device supports dual SIM that runs Android Lollipop OS and packed with 1,400 mAh Lithium-ion based battery, as per company statement, the battery can offer 5 hours talk time and 72 hours standby.
V40UE sports 8 GB internal storage, can be expanded by 32GB with the use of micro-SD card. The deice camera offers 3.2 megapixel on rear camera and 0.3 megapixel camera in front. In terms of the device connectivity, the V40UE offers 3G, Bluetooth, 2G, , GPS, AGPS, WiFi , micro port via USB and FM. The total measure of the device is 125.25×64.8×10.5mm and lastly it has G and Proximity Sensors.
The V40UE is preloaded with applications like V-Safe, V-Secure, Opera Mini, Gameloft Games and Hungama. The device can be bought in three variants black, white and grey.
