Vivo has once again brought back the Y series of its smartphone, this time, the Y66 which it released earlier in March. The smartphone came with a selling point, its 16MP front facing camera and it looks like the tech company has just revamped the device under a new name, the Vivo Y69.
The Vivo Y69 comes to market packing a 5.5-inch display with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage memory which can be further expandable using a microSD card.
The device is powered by a Mediatek MT6750 octa-core processor, same as found on the Y66, both clocked at a speed of 1.5GHz.
For optics, Vivo launched the revamped device with a 16MP selfie camera and on the back panel, a 13MP camera.
For changes in the Y66 and Y69, the Y69 comes employing a U-antenna design which gives it a more premium look and is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery with support for microSD card to up to 256GB.
The device comes running on Android 7 Nougat out of the box with the FunTouch OS 3.2 layered on top.
