Xiaomi has been one of the forces to reckon with in the mobile phone industry and it appears the tech company might be planning a major step in the line of its Android One devices as it has been rumored that it is planning yet another device but without the usual MIUI interface.
Notably, Google has been pretty constant with quality when it comes to the Android One devices but the device has been limited to a few regions and a few manufacturers over the years.
Allowing Xiaomi into the line of Android One phone makers will further boost the availability of the Android One platform as well as increase the publicity of the OEM.
The Xiaomi Mi 5X which was recently spotted on POSTEL, an Indonesian certifier has been revealed to be packing some pretty impressive specs and its unlike what has been spotted in the Chinese market as it doesn’t come with the proprietary user interface, the MIUI.
It is however unfortunate that more information regarding the device and availability is yet unknown.
