On Thursday 23 April, Xiaomi is heading for a “global premiere” event and Delhi, India is the big venue. The handset maker is tipped to announce an international model of its Xiaomi Mi 4, otherwise known as Xiaomi Mi 4i and it seems Xiaomi is dropping a couple of traits in regards to the upcoming phone.
In three teasers posted on Facebook by the Chinese tech company, it looks like the Mi 4i will sport a massive battery but nonetheless, pack a body with a pretty slim profile. The handset is also expected to look differently from the regular Mi 4.
If reports suggesting that the Mi 4i is actually a device codenamed as “Xiaomi Ferrari,” found on the benchmarks some weeks back were true, then the upcoming smartphone will probably pack a 4.9-inch 1080p display, 64-bit Snapdragon 615 chipset, 2GB of RAM and 12-megapixel camera.
