Theres a gig of RAM, 8MP/2MP camera duo, 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 8GB of storage (likely expandable). The Redmi 2 will measure 134 x 67.21 x 9.2 mm while tipping the scale at 132 grams against Xiaomi Redmi 1s with 137 x 69 x 9.9 mm measurement and 158 grams weight.

A 2,220mAh battery and Android 4.4.4 KitKat were among the things mentioned at the TEENA entry. Reports have it that the upcoming Redmi phone will feature LTE in addition to 3G and GSM connectivity.
