Coming after the Xiaomi Redmi 5A was spotted on TENAA some weeks ago as the MCT3B device, yet another listing of the device has surfaced on the certification website hinting that the device may have two more variants in tow.
The recent spotting of the device on TENAA this time showed that the device will come with a model number of MCE3B and with a specs sheet which looks remarkably similar to that of the first model which was spotted weeks ago.
The latest TENAA listing of the Redmi 5A showed that the MCE3B will come into market in two variants with one packing 2GB of RAM and 16GB ROM while the other will be loaded with 3GB of RAM and a corresponding 32GB of ROM.
Both variants will come into the market sporting 5.0-inch HD resolution pegged at 1,280 x 720pixels and measuring 8.35mm in thickness.
The device which weighs in at 137 grams will be available in the Black, Rose Gold, Gold, White, Blue, Red, Pink, Gray, and Silver color options.
The juicy part is under the hood as the Redmi 5A will come powered by a quad-core processor clocked at a speed of 1.4GHz, most likely the Snapdragon 425 processor.
For optics, it will pack 8MP camera unit on the rear and a 5MP camera on the front powered by a 3,000mAh battery and running on the Android 7.1.2 Operating system.
