Chinese tech company, Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 4 has witnessed a price cut on some e-commerce websites.
The smartphone which has gotten a Rs. 2,000 discount will now sell for Rs. 10,999 as against the earlier retail price which was pegged at Rs. 12,999.
The smartphone comes into the market with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage memory space, however, the 3GB RAM variant which comes packing 16GB of onboard storage space got a lower price cut of Rs. 1,000.
The offer, announced on FlipKart and Amazon as part of the ‘Diwali with Mi’ sale will last for a limited amount of time.
For specs, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 comes into the market with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display and a screen resolution pegged at 1,080 x 1,920 pixels.
Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor clocked at a speed of 2.0GHz and paired with 4GB or 3GB RAM memory configuration.
The 4GB RAM variant comes with 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card to as much as 128GB.
On the camera front, the device comes packing a 13MP camera on the rear panel and a 5MP camera on the front panel and comes running on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with a non-removable 4,100mAh battery for power.
