ZTE Axon 7 In US Found Running On Android 8.0 Oreo

Coming prior to the official release of the latest Android 8.0 Oreo OS for the ZTE Axon 7 smartphone, some of the smartphones have been spotted in the United States running on the latest OS version.

The ZTE Axon 7 which comes into the market not only as an affordable smartphone but a powerful one too, however, the unfortunate news is that the smartphone which was launched in mid-2016 with the Android Marshmallow OS is no longer in production.

The phone however was listed by the tech company to be on track of receiving the latest Android OS 8.0 Oreo come April but pending the time, the company has dropped for its teeming users the MiFavor custom ROM which is the best the smartphone gets to closing in on the Stock Android 8.0.

The custom ROM which comes bearing the Stock+ name has been tested in the US on some smartphones and comes with the Android 8.0.0, January 5 security patch which means the production of the custom ROM is quite fresh.

The smartphone, ZTE Axon 7, for a quick recap comes into the market running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor under the QHD AMOLED screen and costs less than €300.
