Coming weeks after the upcoming smartphone from ZTE, the Axon M (Multy) carrying the model number Z999 was spotted online and speculated to be coming into the market soon, the smartphone which is expected to be the first foldable smartphone has passed yet another certification hinting that its announcement is imminent.

The ZTE Axon Multy has in a latest information which was gathered been certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance.

However, like before, the sad news remains that we know little or nothing on what to expect from the device although it has been revealed that the smartphone supports dual band Wi-Fi and for the OS, the ZTE Axon M will run on the Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS as against speculations that it might debut with the Oreo OS on top.

The M which has been speculated to stand for ‘Multy’ or ‘Multi’ will come into the market with a foldable design and pack two screens which when unfolded will form a huge display.

Under the hood, the Axon M according to Geekbench listing will come running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor paired with 4GB of RAM.

The device is speculated to be arriving tomorrow, October 17.
